I love that they have free cable t.v.!! Its good, affordable rent and very nice apartments. The rooms are big and spacious. Love that there is a washer/dryer in the apartment!! Its very enjoyable living!

My apt is clean, freshly painted. It quiet for the most part. The noise is mainly from cars coming and going. The pool and hot tub are always clean. The work out room looks very clean, I haven't used it yet. Parking is tight. I haven't used my carport yet becasue its too far from my apt. I will probibly use it in the winter. Hopefully, they can move it closer. My apt is roomy, has plenty of windows. Washer/Dryer work well. Can't wait to use the fieplace.

I would say that it is a quiet and safe place to live. The staff is very responsive to the tenant's needs. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the location is very convenient.

Many people have asked me. I have told them it is awesome. You have the beauty of living by a small lake and at the same time have close access to downtown and the freeway. I love living near the greenbelt and having free access to a pool, tanning and maintance help.

The apartments are spacious, the office staff are professional and diligent about resolving any issues brought to their attention. Maintenance does a great job at listening to the tenant and making sure that maintenance issues get resolved. Wonderful location with excellent recreational access.

The apartments are comfortable, the amenities are second to none, the staff is helpful and the location by the river, pond and greenbelt is awesome! However the parking is a hassle at times.

Its a nice gated community so you are not worried about security Its a calm place so you are not worried about the noise and other disturbances The pool, lake and the access to greenbelt makes it much more value-add

I think that reflections apartments are a great place to live its right in the middle of everything. we have downtown the mall and the green belt with a great view of the lake and trees. In comparison to other apartments that i have been to and lived at i have to say that these are very well maintained and kept up on from the inside out. My wife and i have been enjoying our stay here and hope that it just continues. On the flip side the only thing that i have to say against it would be the parking which for me can be quite the hassle since i get off work late at night i com home and have to search the complex for a spot and hope that when i do find one that my car will fit and that i can get out without hitting the car next to me. thats the one thing that if added would make this place even better.

I have thoroughly enjoyed moving to boise and the reflections team made this move so much easier and streamlined. Everyone in the office was very helpful and especially Jacque, who was always ready and happy to answer any of our questions. The maintenance guys are also very awesome and respond quickly to work orders and are very efficient and respectful when they come into our home to work on a project. Thank you for the awesome experience of renting with reflections!

We are very pleased with management and maintenance. Management has been very knowledgeable and responsive. Maintenance has been excellent - especially in keeping the stairs and walkways clear of snow and ice, which means a lot to my elderly parents.
